My Own Workshop

The concept of MyOwnWorkshop is to provide a small to mid-size business with a high bay commercial property where they can set up their own secured, protected workshop to service customers; store equipment, tools and supplies; work on projects; service equipment and establish their own professional business. The property is located at 5773 East Main Street Road in Batavia NY, a convenient location centered between Buffalo and Rochester, New York. The buildings sit on fourteen acres with plenty of space to grow.
