Our portfolio includes a start-up company that has forged a new industry; retail franchise operations; insurance company, property rehabilitation projects and failing companies that we’ve inserted ourselves into and turned them around. Once we analyze the business and determine the strategy, we design a plan, enable the right people to execute on the plan and then hold them accountable. We have to make constant adjustments along the way but this equation has yielded positive and consistent results.
